
Attorney Thomas C. Saunders, founder of Saunders Law Group, Bartow, Florida was recently installed as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is an invitation-only organization of plaintiff and defense civil trial attorneys across the country dedicated to preserving the civil jury trial, promoting civility and integrity in the profession and helping younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy.
“It is a great honor to gain a membership invitation to this prestigious organization,” Saunders said. “I am dedicated to our justice system as a way of resolving conflicts.”

Founded in 1958, ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
