About Our Historical Location

Saunders Law Group is headquartered in Bartow, Florida, the county seat of Polk County. Our offices are located in the historic district of Bartow and are housed in a 1908 Victorian home that has been restored to perfection.

The 4,000-square-foot home was subject to "top-to-bottom" renovations that took almost a year and a half to complete. The greatest care was taken to maintain the original and imaginative character of the building while making certain that only the latest in modern technology has been used to ensure that our clients' needs are served in the most expedient and cost-effective manner possible.

This careful restoration project guaranteed that the office would reflect the novel spirit and history of the past while providing clients with access to the technology and inventive efficiency of the present.

Multiple conference rooms make the office ideally situated for meetings with clients and mediations of multi-party disputes. Large flat-screen television equipment was installed together with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment that allows real-time video conferencing with out-of-state witnesses and experts. Whether your dispute involves litigation with an individual or multiple corporations, the office is ideally suited to making certain that the conflict is successfully resolved in a relaxed but professional atmosphere.
